Journal of Social and Educational Research (JSER) is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal published by BADE Institute, Türkiye. The journal was founded in April 2022 by Prof. Dr. Seydi Ahmet Satıcı in collaboration with an international team of researchers in the fields of social and educational sciences.

JSER is an independent, non-profit academic journal dedicated to the dissemination of high-quality research across education, psychology, sociology, and related disciplines. While BADE Institute serves as the official publisher, the editorial team maintains full editorial independence, and all editorial decisions are made based on academic merit, in alignment with international publication ethics.

JSER upholds a transparent peer-review process, open-access principles, and high standards of publication ethics. No article processing charges (APCs) or submission fees are requested from authors.
